Key Policy Highlights 

Please Read Before Proceeding

Before reading our full Terms of Service, please take note of the following important policies:

•  --- No Refund Policy: All payments made to IT BOOST Australia are strictly non-refundable. This applies to all services including, but not limited to, Web Design, Logo Design, App Design, Web Development, App Development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and any other digital marketing and software engineering services.

•  --- No WordPress: All websites designed and developed by IT BOOST Australia are 100% custom made. We do not use website builders or platforms such as WordPress.

•  --- Revisions: For website design or logo design or app design projects, we provide one (1) revision only. Any additional revision requests beyond this will be quoted and charged separately.

•  --- Website Migration Away from Our Server: If you choose to migrate your websites, emails or apps away from IT BOOST Australia's servers, the owner is responsible for covering all associated costs on the new server, including but not limited to: hosting, domain registration, SSL certificate, and email server setup. Any amounts paid to IT BOOST Australia for the renewal of hosting, domain, SSL, email, or any other services will not be refunded under any circumstances, regardless of whether the migration occurs before or after the renewal date. We strongly recommend timing your migration carefully to avoid renewing services you no longer intend to use.

•  --- No CPanel or Server Access: IT BOOST Australia does not provide direct CPanel or server access to website owners, third-party companies, or external IT providers. This policy exists to maintain a secure and isolated server environment that protects all of our clients' data and websites. If your new digital agency or IT provider requires server-level access, the correct process is to migrate your website to a new server where you will have full control.

To access and use our Services or Products, you must have an “Account” with us. To complete your Account registration, you must provide us with your full legal name, business address, phone number, a valid email address, and any other information indicated as required. We may reject your application for an Account, or cancel an existing Account, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

You must be the older of: (i) 18 years, or (ii) at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside and from which you use the Services to open an Account.

You confirm that you are receiving any Services provided by us for the purposes of carrying on a business activity and not for any personal, household or family purpose.

You acknowledge that we will use the email address you provide on opening an Account or as updated by you from time to time as the primary method for communication with you (“Primary Email Address”). You must monitor the Primary Email Address you provide to us and your Primary Email Address must be capable of both sending and receiving messages. Your email communications with us can only be authenticated if they come from your Primary Email Address.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and password. We may request additional security measures at any time and reserve the right to adjust these requirements at our discretion.

Technical support in respect of the Services is only provided to our Users. Questions about the Terms of Service should be sent to our Support.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Services, or access to the Services without the express written permission by us.

You agree not to work around, bypass, or circumvent any of the technical limitations of the Services, including to process orders outside Checkout, use any tool to enable features or functionalities that are otherwise disabled in the Services, or decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the Services.

You agree not to access the Services or monitor any material or information from the Services using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means.

You understand that your Materials may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. “Materials” means Your Trademarks, copyright content, any products or services you sell through the Services (including description and price), and any photos, images, videos, graphics, written content, audio files, code, information, or other data provided or made available by you or your affiliates to us or its affiliates.

SEO Services by IT BOOST Australia

If you plan to cancel your SEO services, you must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to your next due date. 

** Strictly No Refunds: Amounts paid via Bank Transfer, PayPal, or any other payment method will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Please note that while SEO strategies are designed to improve your website's visibility and may increase organic traffic over time, no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed. Search engine algorithms are constantly evolving, and rankings can be influenced by many factors outside of our control.

Ads Services Including Google Ads or Meta Ads

If you plan to cancel your Ads services, you must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to your next due date. 

** Strictly No Refunds: Amounts paid via Bank Transfer, PayPal, or any other payment method will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Please note that if Google or Meta refuses to activate, approve, or reinstate your advertising account due to their own platform policies, misrepresentation policies, or any other internal guidelines, IT BOOST Australia will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue to the best of our knowledge and ability. However, account activation or reinstatement is not guaranteed, as final decisions rest solely with Google and Meta respectively.

Ads Campaigns

All campaigns that are set up for client/customer including Google Ads campaigns and Meta campaigns are the sole property of IT BOOST Australia. After terminating the contract, IT BOOST Australia will have all full rights to cancel aforementioned campaigns. 

Website Designed by IT BOOST Australia

The websites designed and developed by IT BOOST Australia are custom made, which means we do not use website builders or such platforms as WordPress to create your website. 

** Strictly No Refunds: Amounts paid via Bank Transfer, PayPal, or any other payment method will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Please note that web design projects include one (1) revision only. Any additional revision requests beyond this will be quoted and charged separately.

If you choose to migrate your website away from IT BOOST Australia's servers, the website owner is fully responsible for all associated costs on the new server, including but not limited to hosting, domain registration, SSL certificate, and email server setup.

Termination of Website and Hosting Services and Migration Fees

This is our customer's responsibility to make sure they have adequate backups of their email addresses very often specifically before migration. If you use mailing apps you must grab a backup very often so you won't lose any old emails for your business. If you are using gmail as a tool to send and receive emails, you should be able to access your old emails after migration. However, the new email settings might need to be updated by your new digital agency or IT provider as it will be out of the responsibility of IT BOOST Australia to update your email settings after migration.

Email Services & Password Management

If IT BOOST Australia is providing email services for your business, please note that we will need to manage and update email passwords on your behalf. This is necessary to maintain the security and integrity of our server environment. Email password changes cannot be made independently by the website owner or any third party without going through IT BOOST Australia.

Project Suspension Due to Non-Payment

If an invoice related to SEO, Google Ads, Website Development, or any other services we provide remains unpaid for more than 3 calendar days past its due date, IT BOOST Australia reserves the right to pause all work on the associated project until full payment is received. This policy reflects our internal standards and is informed by previous experiences with delayed payments. During the suspension, project timelines may be affected, and no further deliverables will be issued until the outstanding balance is settled.
